Robin Harrington
MEET ROBIN,
the co-founder of Wildflowers Agency and a trailblazer in the talent industry. With roots in Los Angeles and blossoming in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico, Robin brings over 25 years of experience to the table.
She first broke ground with Dragon Talent in the late '90s, an agency that shattered conventional norms by initially representing Drag Queens and later expanding to all forms of cutting-edge, alternative talent. In 2008, Dragon Talent evolved into Lemon Lime Agency, where Robin served as co-owner and president until her exit in November 2021 to found Wildflowers.
Known for her expert negotiation skills, Robin is a fierce advocate for each unique individual she represents. A committed vegan and enthusiast of a zero-waste lifestyle, her personal ethos mirrors the agency's commitment to authenticity and sustainability.
When she's not redefining the industry, you'll find her snorkeling in the Mexican waters, capturing the beauty of sea turtles and manta rays, through her GoPro lens. An avid tennis and padel player, Robin also has a soft spot for Bollywood movies and tango dancing. Actively engaged in her local community, she dedicates her time to various causes and directly volunteers to uplift communities in need. Robin embodies the wild, free spirit and resilience that is the essence of Wildflowers Agency.

MEET LAUREN,
a guiding light within the Wildflowers Agency team. With a BA in Radio, TV, and Film, Lauren got her start working alongside a renowned commercial and film casting director. This background honed her exceptional eye for talent, especially when it comes to discovering fresh faces with unique skills and abilities.
Lauren's expertise doesn't just lie in identifying talent; she has a knack for nurturing it. This is a skill she applies both in her professional life and at home, where she is the mother of two young children. Her nurturing spirit and keen eye for detail make her an invaluable asset to Wildflowers.
